Durin Build Guide: Best Weapons, Artifacts, ER, and Teams

Introduction

Durin is a 5★ Pyro Sword character designed to flex between off-field Pyro support and frontloaded reaction damage. His value spikes when paired with another Hexerei teammate, because a meaningful chunk of his buffs and performance is tied to that team archetype.

Role split: White vs Dark Form

• White Form (support/off-field): prioritize Burst uptime to keep buffs rolling, apply steady Pyro, and contribute AoE damage while you drive with someone else.
• Dark Form (damage/driver): prioritize personal damage and reaction triggering, especially Vaporize and Melt; can be played on-field in the right setups.

• ATK: 2000+ (baseline target)
• CRIT Rate: 60–70%
• CRIT DMG: 200%+ (practical end target)

Energy Recharge (ER)

• Low-ER baseline: if your Elemental Skill is leveled high enough to supply flat Energy reliably, Durin can function with little to no ER investment.
