Furina ER Guide: Managing Teamwide HP Drain Energy

Why Furina's ER Is Different

Furina has a modest 60-cost Elemental Burst, but her unique mechanic — teamwide HP fluctuation — creates energy dynamics unlike any other character. Her Salon Solitaire members (the three summons) generate particles, but their uptime depends on her Burst duration. Managing Furina's ER means understanding both her particle generation AND the team's Fanfare stack generation.

Furina's Particle Generation

• Skill (Salon Solitaire): 4 Hydro particles on cast, then periodic particles as summons attack
• Total particle generation per rotation: ~8-12 Hydro particles (varies with attack interval and enemy proximity)
• Pneuma form (healing): Same particle generation — no penalty for using healing mode

ER Breakpoints by Team

1. Solo Furina (no second Hydro)

• With Favonius Sword / Fleuve Cendre Ferryman: 170-190% ER
• With Key of Khaj-Nisut: 190-220% ER (HP weapon, no ER substat)
• With Primordial Jade Cutter: 180-200% ER
• With Festering Desire: 160-180% ER (45.9% ER substat)

2. Double Hydro (Furina + Xingqiu or Yelan)

Hydro Resonance (+30% ER for all) plus shared Hydro particles dramatically lower Furina's needs:

• With Favonius weapon on teammate: 130-150% ER
• With Fleuve Cendre Ferryman: 140-160% ER
• With offensive weapon (Jade Cutter, Key): 150-170% ER

3. Furina with Party-Wide Healer (Jean, Xianyun, Charlotte, Baizhu)

These teams maximize Fanfare stacks but provide no extra Hydro energy:

• With Favonius weapon: 160-180% ER
• With offensive weapon: 180-200% ER

Artifact Sets

4-Piece Golden Troupe is Furina's best set. The 70% Skill DMG increase applies to her Salon Solitaire members (off-field damage).

• Sands: ER% (HP% if ER target met via substats + weapon)
• Goblet: HP% (Hydro DMG% at C2+)
• Circlet: CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG (HP% if using Key)
• Substats: ER% → CRIT → HP%

Key ER Tips

• Fanfare stacks are NOT energy: Don't confuse Fanfare generation with energy generation. Furina needs ENOUGH ER to Burst every rotation regardless of team healing.
• C1 reduces ER needs slightly: C1 gives 150 Fanfare stacks immediately (normally requires 50% HP fluctuation) but does NOT change her energy generation — same ER requirements as C0.
• C2 is transformative: C2 triples Fanfare stack rate AND increases Furina's max HP by 120% of her ER above 100%. This makes ER a damage stat — each 10% ER = 12% HP bonus.
• Rotation tip: Start with Furina Skill (summons) → Burst → then swap to healer. The summons generate particles while you set up the rest of the team.
• Particle catch: If you swap Furina out immediately after Skill+Burts, her off-field summons still generate particles that she collects when she returns.
